It's Heather's mission to pour her love of perfection into every item crafted in our kitchen. From the basic traditional ingredients combined to make the finest gluten free products that can be enjoyed by everyone.

About Us
Owner, Heather, has a passion for Gluten Free. Her goal has always been to bring quality gluten free options to the community. In her pursuit, she has won First and Second Place in National Pizza Competitions and placed in the top twenty of the World Pizza Competition, held in Parma, Italy, twice.
