About Us
Gluten-Free (GF) is a term becoming all too familiar with more people every day. Our family was introduced to this term about five years ago and since, we have tried to find acceptable alternatives to every day and special occasion fair. As anyone who has changed his or her diet to a GF diet knows, this 
is not an easy task.
After trying many disappointing premade baked goods and mixes, we felt there had to be something better. There has to be a way to make GF alternatives taste like they just came from a bakery.
Well, here it is. You would never know by the taste or texture that all of our baked goods are GF.
Every one of our items are baked to order, hand crafted creations. Our facility is gluten free and we ONLY make gluten free goodies. If you have any concerns about our products, we have posted a list of ingredients for you to review.
We take every precaution we can to ensure all of our baked goods are gluten-free. Our facility does produce products with peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, egg and soy. We are unable to guarantee that our products are free of any food allergen other than gluten.
All of our products are sold as individual servings. If you have a specific need or would like to order a larger quantity, please feel free to email us your request.
Because most of our products are perishable, we offer over night and second day air delivery. The items are wrapped in a cold insulation and packed with gel ice packs. The biggest expense is the shipping and that is a charge we cannot absorb. If you choose to ship your items via UPS ground or USPS, we do not guarantee the freshness of the products shipped. We have been trying to come up with a different way to ship our items to bring the price down and welcome suggestions from our customers.
